Real Time Inventory Tracking

To better serve you, we are implementing a new computer system that will track your parts real time through our plant. From receiving to shipping, we will be able to tell you exactly where your parts are in our process. When you call to check on the status of your parts, there will be less waiting on the phone, and we will be able to say your parts are done sooner! Our number one goal is to serve you better.

Wagner Supertech & Nordson Color Max

We added two new powder coating systems.

The Nordson automated powder booth and 5 stage washer will allow Hartford Finishing to increase our efficiency with faster color changes and line speed. It will also allow us to accommodate larger parts.

The Wagner Quick Change booth has been in operation for a couple years now, and wow what a difference! Reclaiming uncontaminated paint has never been easier! The clean room environment around the booth allows us to control temperature, and limits contamination.
